BOOKING

 

More than 7 days before arrival 

  • Reservation deposit 50% of full price for accommodation shall be paid just after the reservation cofirmation
  • If we do not receive you payment 2 days after the reservation confirmation, your reservation will be cancelled
  • The rest of the price will be required by invoice 7 days before your arrival

Less than 7 days before arrival

  • Full price for the accommodation shall be paid
  • If we do not receive you payment 2 day after the reservation confirmation, your reservation will be cancelled

Reservation deposit is a part of the rent and has to paid in advance. The reservation of the suite can be confirmed only in case we receive the payment. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will be returned in full amount. If you cancel your reservation 7 or less days before your arrival the deposit is not refundable.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

 

  • Refundable deposit is  100 Euro or 2500 CZK
  • Refundable deposit will be added when you arrive – you can pay in cash or by credit card
  • Refundable deposit will be returned to your bank account when we check the suit in the end or after your departure

 

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check-in: between 14:00 – 20:00
  • Departure: to 10:00
  • Late check-in costs 20€ or 500 CZK
  • Late check-out costs 20€

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you cancel your reservation minimum 7 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • Reservations made 7 days and less before your arrival shall be paid in full straight away.

PAYMENT

  • You can pay cash in CZK , EUR and USD in our reception.
  • You will be always given a receipt for your payment.
  • All prices include 15% V.A.T., usage of gas, electricity, water, internet access and satelite TV.
  • Ways of payments – cash, credit cards, via bank transfer
  • Prices for accommodation do not include additional services – breakfast package, special additional cleaning service or airport transport.

RESIDENCE RULES

  • No parties are allowed.
  • All residence is non smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Quietness must be maintained in the residence and at common spaces during night hours, between 22:00/10 pm and 6:00/ 6 am.

With a confirmed and executed reservation the guest expresses consent to cover full costs of any damage done directly to the owner on the premises. In case of any complaints from the neighbors or the local authorities regarding excessive noise or disturbance during the night hours are a foundation for the owner’s demand for the guest to leave the premises without any refund.

 

PRIVACY

Our company M.E estates s.r.o. follows strict ethical standards and respects your privacy. Your name, e-mail address, telephone number, address and credit card or bank details are only used to complete your booking. We do not sell your personal data to the third person.
